About
A small company with one job.
Intara Legal makes client intake software for estate planning firms. We would rather do one thing carefully than many things loosely.
What we hold ourselves to
Your clients' information belongs to your firm.
Each firm's data is kept apart in the database itself, and automated tests check that separation on every change to the product.
An attorney approves anything that forms a relationship.
No engagement letter or fee quote is sent without an attorney's approval, and the approval is recorded.
We ask clients only for what an attorney needs before the first meeting.
Our questionnaires never ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers, exact balances or medical records. Where a value matters, we ask for a range.
We say plainly what we have not done yet.
An independent security review is required before any real client data enters Intara. The client-facing assistant stays off until an independent ethics review, and every firm can turn it off.
